ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022.
November 17th 2021 19:30 start.
Education Centre Kingsbury Water Park.

Minutes from 2019 AGM reviewed - Very brief, no proposals
No matters arising from 2021 minutes.
Commodore's report. Progressing from the Covid outbreak, membership
growing. Yachting was down to 8 boats in 2021, now up to 12. The weed issue was aggravated by the very low water.
Chairman’s report Low water was OK for the tethered hydro folk...
Lose sleepers removed waterside.
Secretary's report. Apologies for the poor communication in 2022, due to
workload. Will try harder in 2023
Received accounts - Surplus over 2021 was £549.07.
Treasurers report The club is sound, with membership up from 115 to 131. Limited expenses include room rent, pool rent, dye, regatta food, roof repair, safety fence etc.. Membership fees to remain the same. Open day generated useful funds.
Yachting First new season event Sunday 20th November. Interest and
numbers in the section are growing.
Shows - The club achieved 2nd place at the Engineering show.
